I am a colorectal surgeon at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, and an Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide. Prior to starting practice at the University, I completed an accredited two year colorectal fellowship program at Royal Melbourne Hospital and Royal Adelaide Hospital, and recently returned from an additional fellowship year at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston dedicated to advanced colorectal surgical oncology and robotics.

My specific research interest is in undertaking patient-centred outcome based clinical trials in colorectal surgery.
