Dr T. Paul Hutchinson is a Senior Research Fellow who has worked at the Centre for Automotive Safety Research since 2003. He has extensive experience of analysing mass accident data in the U.K. in the 1970s and in Australia in the 2000s, and is widely published in statistics and methodology as applied to road accidents.
