Eligible to supervise Masters and PhD - email supervisor to discuss availability.
My primary research interests are in Urbanism, Digital Architecture and Asian Architecture.I have expertise ranging from integrating spatial data into urban digital twins, to outputting custom G-Code toolpaths for additive manufacture. My PhD entitled "Porosity: Algorithmic Strategies for dynamic Urbanism", explored the potential of porosity to provide spatial flexibility at a range of scales, using algorithmic methods.Peter is a registered Architect, with extensive international experience in large projects, having worked for Kisho Kurokawa in Tokyo, and Ashton Raggatt Mcdougall in Melbourne. Significant project experience included the Kartal Pendik Masterplan Istanbul, St Petersberg Stadium and the H House in Melbourne.Peter has taught at RMIT, Monash, primarily Design studio, but also Communications, History and Technology since 2012.Previous to Adelaide, he was Senior Research Officer at the iHub, at MADA, Monash, and Industry Fellow in Architecture. He has contributed to various urban research projects, including recent CRC study for Housing New South Wales, and his work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Venice Biennale 2023.
