Amanda Hutchinson is a Professor of Clinical Psychology at Adelaide University and a registered clinical psychologist. She has expertise in the fields of psycho-oncology, health psychology, and cancer survivorship and is committed to improving the quality of life for people affected by cancer.
She has held senior academic leadership roles including Professorial Lead for Research Education and Deputy Director of the Behaviour Brain Body Research Centre, and currently serves as Deputy Chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Psycho-oncology Co-operative Research Group (PoCoG).
Professor Hutchinson is committed to co-produced, interdisciplinary research that improves real-world outcomes for people affected by cancer and other chronic health conditions, while fostering inclusive, supportive environments for students, researchers, and clinicians.
