Investigating the DUX4-rearranged (DUX4r) subtype of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia using a patient transcriptomic-guided approach. Analysing DUX4r patent transcriptomics allows the identification of upregulated pathways that can be targeted by existing therapeutics to improve patient responses to induction chemotherapy and improve patient wellbeing.
