I am a PhD student in the School of Psychology and Project Officer of Research at the Borderline Personality Disorder Collaborative (BPD Co). I am passionate about mental health research, particularly in the area of personality disorder assessment and treatment. I have extensive past experience in the evaluation of therapy programs intended for individuals with BPD, as well as a background in developmental outcomes in child nutrition research. My current project is investigating the impacts of minority stress experienced by LGBTQIA+ community members, and whether this may contribute to observed disparities in diagnosis rates and criteria endorsement of personality disorders. I am a strong advocate for marginalised communities and seek to further establish inclusive, context-aware approaches in the assessment and treatment of personality disorder.
