Sarah Davison is a journalist and PhD candidate in the School of Communication, Media and Journalism at Adelaide University. Her research focuses on investigative journalism, true crime and the reporting of gendered violence.
Her doctoral research examines how femicide is framed in Australian media, with a particular focus on the differences between short-deadline legacy news reporting and true crime podcasting. Her research examines how different media formats shape public understandings of femicide.
