From April 2008 until December 2012 I was employed as the Project Liaison Coordinator for Open Universities Australia (OUA). As part of this role I worked on the Tutorial Support Management project. A number of units offered by UniSA through OUA were part of this project. In addition, I have wrote, developed and facilitated a professional development course for OUA online tutors entitled "Engaging Learners in Online Discussion". .
Previously I worked at the University of South Australia (and one of its antecedent institutions the South Australian Institute of Technology). The key roles I worked in were as follows:
