Pei Ying Liew is currently undertaking Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Adelaide. She has graduated from her Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science from the University of Adelaide in 2023. Her current research focuses on the management of surplus ready-to-eat food at a hospital setting. She is supervised by Helen Morris, Dr Olena Kravchuk and Bryan Coad.

Management of ready-to-eat unserved surplus food and returned unopened packaged food in a hospital setting.
