My research interests are varied due to the stimulating research projects I've been involved with over many years.
Briefly they include,
Capsaicin (pepper spray) research and quality control (Victoria Police/Spectre Ballistics)
Geopolymer encapsulation of phase change materials (PCM) for high temperature thermal energy storage (UniSA-Engineering Dept)
Novel synthetic polyunsaturated fatty acids as anti-inflammatory drugs (WCH)
Biolubricants made from canola and mustard oils (COOE)
New high-strength polymer epoxy resins made from glycerol (being commercialised by Change Climate Pty Ltd)
