Nayab Mehar is a PhD candidate at the University of Adelaide within the IIMPACT research group. Her doctoral research focuses on childhood and adolescent chronic pain, with a particular interest in women's pelvic pain. Nayab completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2024 and also works clinically as a musculoskeletal and women's health physiotherapist. Her Honours thesis explored the portrayal of pain and injury in children's picture books.
