Dr Leok Lee
Research Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer
School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology
Eligible to supervise Masters and PhD (as Co-Supervisor) - email supervisor to discuss availability.
Leok is a researcher in the School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Adelaide (UA). He has research and hands-on experience in experimental design and system modelling. He has currently involved in the concentrated solar thermal (CST) research projects funded by ARENA. He developed the system and techno-economic analysis for the ‘Integration of CST energy into the Bayer process’ project with Matlab and Simulink. He also has the necessary skills in both experimental and numerical methods to deliver in the investigation of the thermal engineering systems being investigated by the Centre for Energy Technology.
Concentrated solar thermal, Solar Thermal Power, Solar Receiver, Heat Transfer, Wind effects, Computational Fluid Dynamics Modelling
