I am a Research Associate in the School of Agriculture Food & Wine, Agricultural Machinery Research Group. My research is focused on seeding systems and tillage tools for mitigating and ameliorating contrainted soils to enable growers improve crop yield in challenging soil conditions.
On-the-go soil moisture sensing during seeding in marginal soil moisture conditions, no-tillage (direct) seeding systems and conservation agriculture, soil tillage, design and optimisation of agricultural machinery with/without use of discrete element method (DEM) and miltibody dynamics (MBD). PhD thesis: "Optimisation of bentleg furrow opener for high speed no-tillage sowing in cohesive soil", University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba, Australia
