My research focuses on advancing zoo animal welfare through the development of effective strategies and species-specific welfare assessments. I aim to explore how tailored approaches for different species can enhance care and welfare in zoological settings. Additionally, I am interested in investigating the role of technology in improving animal welfare assessments, particularly through the development of tools that enable more accurate monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
