Eligible to supervise Masters and PhD - email supervisor to discuss availability.
I am a Senior Lecturer in the School of Mathematical Sciences at Adelaide University. I am originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I lived until 1989 (and again in 1995-97). My PhD was obtained under the supervision of Richard Beals at Yale University, in the United States. I moved to Australia in 2006. My research interests include partial differential equations, analysis, and probability. My teaching interests include all types of calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, Fourier theory, signal processing, probability, and simulation. I play the recorder, but very poorly. I play chess, and I am a rock-climber.
