Mr Jarrod Clarke is a Research Assistant in the Rosemary Bryant AO Research Centre and Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) Federal Office's National Policy Research Unit.
Jarrod contributes to policy research that supports and empowers nurses, midwives, and carers to improve the health and well-being of all Australians safely and effectively. This work focusses on:
Delivery of safe, meaningful, quality care.
Personal and professional safety in the workplace.
Enhancing the awareness and impact of nursing, midwifery, and carers in research, policy, and practice.
The Rosemary Bryant AO Research Centre
The Rosemary Bryant AO Research Centre is a partnership between the University of South Australia and the Rosemary Bryant Foundation. The Centre aims to strengthen the nursing and midwifery workforce across the health and aged care system through the support and development of evidence-based healthcare.
The Centre has a comprehensive research program focused on advancing nursing and midwifery clinical practice and education, patient care and outcomes, population and public health, workforce reform, and safety and quality. The Centre’s objective is to enhance; innovative partnerships for healthcare research; inform strategies for extending the capacity and capabilities of nurses and midwives to build a resilient, sustainable, and collaborative workforce; health system planning, evaluation and resourcing; clinical care outcomes, and; translation of evidence into practice.
