I am a Senior Lecturer in Information Management. Within the Information Management program I teach Information Management Foundations, Readers' Advisory and Collections, Information Management Professional Practice and the Master IM Research Project. I have been with the program for over 14 years. My research focus is on web evaluation of public library websites, romance genre, marketing of libraries, and administration and management of libraries in GLAMR. I am also interested in the student experience in online programs and postgraduate coursework programs.
