Daniel is an experienced educator who is passionate about enhancing the learning journey of his students through pedagogical approaches that consistently seeks to enrich their educational experience. Over the years, he has honed his teaching skills in face-to-face, online, and hybrid environments, utilizing various technological platforms to facilitate effective teaching and learning.
Prior to his PhD, Daniel has worked as a project manager and planner in delivering infrastructure projects. Daniel has also worked as a research assistant and lecturer in academia, this has seen him publish in reputable journals and book chapters. With his experience in academia, he has aided in developing several courses in construction and project management and hopes to bring his knowledge and experience to improve students’ experience.
Daniel's research focuses on sustainability and the circular economy, particularly the management of renewables and construction waste on projects. He has developed environmental reports for industry and continues to work with industry in achieving circular economy on projects.
Daniel is looking for highly motivated students with research interest in circularity in the renewable sector and solid waste management in construction. He is also interested in Building Information Modelling and Artificial Intelligence in Construction.
