I am a postdoctoral researcher at Adelaide University, focusing on gene regulation in human cells. I joined the research group led by Prof. Jose Polo in March 2026, after completing my PhD in France, where I investigated the cis-regulation of the CFTR gene and its role in cystic fibrosis and CFTR-related disorders. My research interests focus on understanding how the three-dimensional organisation of the genome shapes transcriptional activity and cellular identity, and how these mechanisms can be disrupted by disease or ageing. My research combines cutting-edge epigenetic technologies and transcriptomic approaches, integrating wet-lab experiments with bioinformatic analyses.
