A warm welcome to my staff page. My name is Ali and I am a lecturer within the Occupational Therapy Program at UniSA. I am also the International Student Coordinator within the Occupational Therapy program. I have lectured and tutored in occupational therapy and allied health courses since 2010. Prior to working at the univeristy, I worked as an occupational therapist in the areas of acute hospital care, mental health and aged care rehabilitation. I completed my PhD in 2016 and it was titled 'Professionalism in physiotherapy and occupational therapy in Australia: Towards a definition and understanding'. I have a keen interest in teaching and developing best methods for doing so. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
