Medical image analysis methodology - particularly applied to MRI brain imaging data. Development of deep learning, statistics and model-based image analysis techniques. Particular specialties include: Segmentation of Anatomy and Pathology; Big Data Analysis; Normative Modelling; Registration and Motion Correction of MRI Brain Images; Modelling and Reduction of MR Artefacts.
