Dr Yihe (Eva) Sui is an Associate Lecturer and Postdoctoral researcher at the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine. She holds a PhD in Wine Science and a master’s degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Adelaide. With a strong foundation in both research and industry applications, her research focuses on advancing membrane filtration technology in winemaking, particularly for wine clarification and stabilisation to improve wine quality.
