My research at the University of Adelaide is focused on advancing wine quality through the development of innovative stabilization techniques and sensory analysis. With a strong foundation in food science and technology, I am combining both academic knowledge and industry insights to push the boundaries of modern winemaking. My work aims to improve the sustainability and overall quality of wine, addressing both technical and practical challenges faced by the industry.
