Dr. Richa Gulati is a Lecturer in Management at the University of Adelaide. She brings over a decade of combined industry and academic expertise. With a strong background in project management, she bridges the gap between research and practice. Dr. Gulati has been a part of the University of Adelaide for nearly seven years. She teaches Risk Assessment and Management, Portfolio and Programs Management, People and Organisations, and Fundamentals of Project Management. Previously, she has been a sessional lecturer, academic tutor, and workshop facilitator, delivering courses in Project Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Research in Practice. Beyond teaching, Dr. Gulati is an active researcher, focusing on Efficiency in Project Management Processes, Soft Skills, and Big Data. She has presented her research in leading conferences. in her field. Prior to academia, Dr. Gulati gained extensive industry experience in education technology, project execution, and consulting. At the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, she managed multiple technology-driven education projects, including mobile learning programs, online marking tools, and student management systems. She also worked as a Business Consultant, analyzing market potential for IoT products, and as a Project Executive for Unilever Singapore, where she worked on brand adaptation, cost reduction, and product management. With a strong commitment to education, industry collaboration, and impactful research, Dr. Richa Gulati continues to contribute to the field of management, shaping future leaders through her teaching, mentoring, and academic contributions.
