Dr Zhao Tian is a senior lecturer at the School of Mechanical Engineering in the University of Adelaide, Australia. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China, in 1997 and a Master’s Degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 2002. He attained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at RMIT University, Australia in 2007. His research and teaching interests focus on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modelling of engineering combustion, particularly solid fuel combustion and solar-enhanced combustion/gasification, and CFD applications in geothermal flows. He also has research experience in indoor air quality and bioflows in human body.
