I am a clinical psychologist with experience across a range of private and public sectors as a clinician, researcher, corporate trainer, and lecturer. My research is in the areas of child, adolescent and adult mental health and neuropsychology. Of particular interest are the negative impacts of social media use on mental health, psychological interventions designed to reduce the negative impact of social media on mental health, and the impacts of early nutrition on child neurodevelopment.
