Zhixuan completed her bachelor's degree with Honours in Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Adelaide, where she focused on optimising sensory profiles in non-alcoholic wines. As a PhD student under the supervision of A/Prof Susan Bastian, Dr Hannah Ford and Dr Wes Pearson (AWRI), Zhixuan continues to investigate techniques to further enhance the sensory qualities of NOLO wines.
