Zhixuan completed her Bachelor degree with Honours in Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Adelaide, where she focused on optimising flavour profiles in non-alcoholic wines.

As a PhD candidate under the supervision of A/Pro Susan Bastian, Dr Hannah Ford and Dr Wes Pearson, Zhixuan continues to investigate techniques to further enhance the sensory qualities of NOLO wines.
