Research interests include debt contracting, accounting regulation, short selling and economic consequences of financial reporting and disclosure. Papers have been published in leading journals, such as Journal of Financial Reporting, Journal of Business, Finance & Accounting, Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, and Accounting and Finance.
