Yan is a PhD candidate at Adelaide University. Her research explores the design and optimisation of an interactive virtual reality (VR) education tool for dementia care training in residential aged care. The project focuses on participatory design, human-centred design, and user experience (UX) design, aiming to support the development of more effective and engaging VR training tools for healthcare education.
