Yang Fei is a current Doctor of Philosophy candidate in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
His current research interests include the formation control of multi-agent systems, sliding mode control, and neural network adaptive control for the theoretical research and the control of three-wheel Omni-directional robots for practical applications.
In April 2021, Yang's work 'Robust Formation Control for Multi-Agent Systems: A Reference Correction Based Approach' was marked as an ‘Academic Excellence Impact’ publication by ECMS.
Yang is now a reviewer for a number of journals, including Automatica, IEEE Transactions Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems l: Regular Papers, Nonlinear Dynamics, ISA Transactions, Applied Ocean Research and Robotica.
