I am currently pursuing a PhD in Food Science at Adelaide University.
My research project is titled “Brewers’ Spent Grain-Derived Arabinoxylan and Its Phenolic Conjugates for Food Applications.” The project aims to investigate the structural and functional properties of arabinoxylan derived from brewers’ spent grain and develop novel polysaccharide–phenolic conjugates for innovative and sustainable food applications.
I welcome opportunities for academic discussions, knowledge exchange, and research collaborations in related fields.
