Dr. Xintong Gao received her PhD from the University of Adelaide in 2025 and is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Chemical Engineering at the University of Adelaide. Her research focuses on the development of advanced electrocatalytic materials and reaction systems powered by renewable electricity for the sustainable conversion of waste carbon and nitrogen resources, including waste urea/urine, waste plastics, and biomass-derived feedstocks, into value-added chemicals and green fuels. As a first author or co-first author, she has published extensively in leading international journals, including Nature Communications, Chemical Society Reviews, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials, Chem, etc. Her research contributes to advancing electrocatalysis, green hydrogen production, waste valorisation, and sustainable chemical manufacturing.
