Dr. Victor (Quoc Viet) is a highly accomplished Machine Learning Engineer with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and a strong record of achievement across both academic research and advanced technological industries. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, computer vision, robotics, and MLOps infrastructure, and he is particularly adept at bridging theoretical innovation with practical, scalable deployment in domains such as healthcare, autonomous systems, and intelligent surveillance.

Throughout his career, Victor has held senior technical and leadership roles, guiding multidisciplinary teams in the development of pioneering AI platforms. His contributions include a patented augmented reality system for robotic guidance and the successful deployment of edge-based safety analytics systems in live environments.
