Vaibhav wears many hats including those of a PhD Scholar, Digital marketing strategy consultant, and an Academic tutor. He has deep-rooted interests in business strategy which stems from his 15-year long entrepreneurial journey in a variety of businesses, many of which he conceived, managed successfully and sold profitably. He holds an MBA degree from Leeds Business School, UK, and worked with multinational organisations such as Clariant PLC, Leeds, UK and American Express Bank, New Delhi, India before starting his entrepreneurial career in 2003 as a Recruiter and HR consultant. In his first business, he consulted with multinational organisations such as Nestle and GE for their headhunting and training requirements. Later, he diversified his business portfolio into Printing, Hospitality, Insurance, and Coaching.In his teaching, he combines his diverse first-hand business experience with academic theories to enable students to understand and apply academic theories in practical contexts.His PhD research focuses on the succession issues in Australian Family Businesses.
