Vicky is knowledgable in both traditional waterfall and agile methodology. She is a Project Management professional (PMP) certified and on her way to obtain PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification. Vicky is also ITIL® Foundation Certified in IT Service Management. 
From 2010 - 2016, Vicky was with School of Information Technology & Mathematics Science taking on different roles including software/web developers, Senior Academic Services Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Academic Supervisor.
As a full-stack Software/Web developers, Vicky is familar C#.NET, php, javascript, CSS, HTML and major databases such as microsoft SQL, Oracle, mySQL;  and she developed websites and software including but not limited to:

Project Allocation System
MacGen Text analytics project funded by Mainpac
The comprehensive Kerbal Archive Network Project (CKAN) partnered with City Council
CiviCRM Project
Performance Development Management System Project(PDMS), and
multiple webites for various events/conferences/facilities throughout the years

As a project academic supervisor, she has supervised student projects from 2014 -2016, faciliated ICT project workshops in 2016. Being a PMI volunteer, she has built a professional network in the project management area in Adelaide. 
In the role of Senior Academic Services Officer, she managed business processes and the related systems in the area of Scholarship/Grant (SCMS) and student placements - Student Placement System. During the time she managed student placements, she had developed a web application called "Project Allocation System" to automate the manual, lengthy project allocation process and greatly improve efficiency.   
She also managed to implement the first SAS® Business Analytics Platform on premise in South Australia in the partnership between the School of ITMS and SAS Institute. 
Vicky has a Master Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor Degree in Economics (Applied Finance)
