I am currently a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Philip van Eyk and Dr. Woei Saw at The University of Adelaide. My research interests include understanding the calcination process of converting mined gibbsite into smelter grade alumina (SGA) in the Bayer Process. Currently, I am looking into the effects of calcination atmosphere on the kinetics of gibbsite conversion to SGA.
