With over 18 years of research experience, at various labs starting from Mahatma Gandhi University, India, then working as senior research associate at Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy), Spanish National Research Council (Madrid, Spain), University of Leeds (UK) and Macquarie Unversity (Sydney), he specialises in amorphous materials, ultrafast light matter interaction, integrated optics and electron/X-ray/optical spectroscopic techniques. He has authored over 60 research papers, 3 book chapters and owns 3 patents. He currently holds a position of EOS Senior Fellow in laser physics at UniSA.
