Dr Thomas Bradshaw

Research Fellow

School of Public Health

College of Health

I have expertise in quantitative and qualitative psychology and public health research and hold an advanced bachelor’s degree in theoretical physics. I am a Research Fellow (B) at Stretton Health Equity, working under Dr Connie Musolino and Professor Fran Baum at the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Centre of Research Excellence on Shaping Markets for Health Equity

My previous appointment was with BetterStart Group in the School of Public Health, where I cleaned and prepared linked datasets for the BEBOLD platform.

I hold a First Class Honours Degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology. Supervised by Associate Professors Amanda LeCouteur and Melissa Oxlad, my research used qualitative methods to better understand how conversations are structured in CBT consultations and how they can be improved.

My research considers how consumers are impacted by business practices and behaviours, and how the market nature of the business world shapes these behaviours and impacts consumers.
