I am an early-career researcher committed to transforming how people grow, consume, and value food — across households, farming communities, and food systems. My work explores sustainable consumption behaviours, food waste prevention, and wellbeing, with a focus on the everyday practices that shape low-waste, nourishing, and resilient food systems. My PhD investigates household food practices in urban Vietnam. Building on this, my research engages with broader challenges: how consumers and farmers can co-create more transparent, sustainable, and environmentally responsible food systems. I am particularly interested in: 🌱 Sustainable consumption & behaviour change;👩🌾 Consumer–farmer relationships and local food systems; 🥦 Food waste reduction strategies across households and communities; 🌍 Food, environment, and wellbeing linkages; 📊 Policy, service design, and social innovation for sustainable food systems. For me, research is not only about publications — it is about everyday people, everyday practices, and practice-based insights that build bridges between consumers, farmers, and sustainable futures.
