I am a final-year PhD candidate at Adelaide University, investigating sustainable food consumption and household food waste in rapidly urbanising contexts. My research examines how everyday food practices shape environmental, social, and well-being outcomes, and how behaviourally informed interventions can support low-waste, resilient food systems.

I am a recipient of the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship and the Possingham Supplementary Scholarship at Adelaide University.

Beyond my doctoral research, I am the Founder of LifeNest Research, a practice-based research platform that translates everyday life experiences into policy-relevant sustainability insights. Through this work, I seek to bridge academic research with community practices and real-world applications.

My research interests include:

- Sustainable consumption and behaviour change
- Household food waste reduction
- Consumer–farmer relationships and local food systems
- Food, environment, and wellbeing linkages
- Practice-informed policy, service design, and social innovation
