My expertise is TESOL, Vietnamese HE, teacher professional development, and education policy.

I am a PhD student now. My supervisors are Dr. Julia Miller and Associate Professor Julie Mathews.

My research title: The enablers and barriers to professional development for in-service teachers of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) at a multidisciplinary university in Vietnam.

My current research would like to figure out the current situation of professional development for tertiary English teachers in Vietnam, and the factors that motivate or hinder teachers from engaging in professional development activities.
