My research topic: Exploring the impact of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on cereal grain nutrition
I am doing the research to determine the functions of AM fungi on cereal crop such as rice and wheat about micronutrient uptake and phytate accumulation to improve grain bioavailable nutrition levels. I will also demonstrate whether the micronutrition being location on grain and the related interest gene expression affected by AM fungi.
