Steve was appointed as a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice  in 2017.  He graduated from the University of Bradford (UK)  with a BPharm (Hons) in  1989. Steve  is the current Executive Director SA Pharmacy and Chief Pharmacist, SA Health . He has responsibility for the delivery of all statewide pharmacy services to the public sector within South Australia. He has worked in numerous clinical and managerial roles within health spanning pharmacy practice, including community, hospital, primary care, university,  industry and NGO sectors. Prior to taking up the position of Chief Pharmacist in South Australia in 2009, he was the Deputy Chief Executive of the National Prescribing Centre in the UK. Steve holds an MBA and a Masters degree in Health Technology Assessment and Prescribing Sciences.
