Srijan Shrestha is studying at The University of Adelaide, Department of Pharmacology (Ph.D.). Srijan completed his Master's degree focusing on the various small molecules that have the potential to become future therapeutics for diabetes and Alzheimer's disease. Their current project is 'Marine-derived phlorotannins and their potential applications". His work in these areas has been published in high-impact-factor and peer-reviewed journals, including ACS, RSC, Elsevier, MDPI, and Springer.
