My research focuses on the design of a Lunar Health Maintenance Facility that is capable of supporting remote diagnosis, robotic surgery, and parastronaut facilities on the Moon. I am redefining how surgical and clinical environments function in space environments with altered gravity and limited resources. The research sits in the intersection of space architecture, space medicine, and robot-assisted emergency surgery. The outcome of this research could be applied to remote mining sites in the Australian Outback, Antarctic research stations, submarines, and military facilities, where isolation and limited personnel demand precision in spatial planning and workflow management.
