Sophie Crouch is a PhD candidate at UniSA, situated within the IIMPACT research group. Her PhD research seeks to explore how understandings of pain are developed during childhood, with a focus on the role of popular children’s media in the socialization of pain. Sophie completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Advanced) (Honours) in 2023. Her Honours thesis focused on female's beliefs and knowledge about their pelvic pain.
