Sonali Alankarage completed her PhD in construction management at the University of South Australia. Her research interests are in Behavioural Psychology in Built Environment, focusing on comprehending the organisational culture, behaviours and beliefs of construction industry participants in a Building Information Modelling environment. She is also working in STEM at the University of South Australia as a tutor for many modules including Quantity Surveying Practice, Project Appraisal,and Construction Business Management. Before commencing her PhD, she completed Honours (Quantity Surveying) at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and worked as a quantity surveyor in a well reputed consultant company.
