Sasuli Vidana is a doctoral researcher with the Future Workplace Project at the Centre for Workplace Excellence, Adelaide University. Her research interests span workplace flexibility, human resource management and facilities management.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Before commencing her PhD, Sasuli built a career in Sri Lanka’s facilities management sector, gaining experience in facilities planning and engineering, team leadership, facilities project management, and service management within commercial real estate.
Sasuli has published her research in Scopus-indexed journals and presented her work at national and international conferences. She has also contributed to course design and development in human resource management, drawing on her academic knowledge and professional experience.
