I have a PhD (Management) from CQ University, an MBA, MCom (Economics) and a Master of International Business from the University of Wollongong, Australia.  I am a Banking and Finance graduate from the University of Pune, India. I also have a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Innovation and Learning from Curtin University.
Before commencing the PhD, I worked as General Manager – Strategy and Business Development for a Singapore based Agri-manufacturing conglomerate with regional operations. I also worked as a strategy consultant at MTI Consulting, a Dubai based management consultancy.
I started my career at Nielsen (Market Research) and then moved to JWT (now called Wunderman Thompson). Over 15 years, I was stationed in eight countries and participated in numerous strategic planning projects, corporate restructuring exercises, and mergers and acquisitions.
I coordinate, author, and lecture on strategic management, organisational entrepreneurship, and strategic human resource management at several higher education institutions (bachelor's and master's level).
