Robyn is a registered nurse academic working within the UniSA Clinical and health Sciences Academic Unit at Whyalla Campus. 
Since completing her Bachelor of Nursing at UniSA in 1997, Robyn has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing Science (Cardiac). Robyn has practised both Internationally and throughout Australia in leadership roles and in a diverse range of settings, including; intensive care, cardiothoracic intensive care, cardiac cathlab, clinical education, and remote area nursing. Robyn is passionate about mentoring and fostering the growth of junior staff and student nurses in order to continue to enhance the nursing profession. 
Robyn applies an inquiry-based framework to encourage student engagement by stimulating curiosity, promoting self-directed learning, in a safe and supportive environment for students to learn effectively. 
Robyn has recently completed a Bachelor of Veterinary and Wildlife Science degree through Federation University, and is developing research utilising the knowledge and skills gained, to further inform nursing practice.
