My research focuses on improving T cell trafficking and infiltration into solid tumours, particularly glioblastoma, to enhance cancer immunotherapy outcomes. I investigate the role of vascular adhesion molecules, including E-selectin, and T cell homing ligands such as CD15s in regulating anti-tumour immune responses and CAR T cell efficacy. I also focus on identifying biomarkers that predict patient responses to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy in melanoma.
